Williams was first raised by her father, a Brooklyn firefighter. She was then raised by her mother (who resided in Tribeca Manhattan) after the split of her parents at she very young. Williams attended Chinatown New York High School located in Chelsea along with Nazareth College, Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran of manicurists who has never been satisfied with the same old nail polish. Her natural, healthy method and attention to nails with vivid colors has been her mainstays. Angel enjoys the meticulous attention she gives to each aspect in her job. The New York base makes her indispensable on runways for fashion or editorial shoots. She creates innovative nail designs which complement and reflect trending fashions and trends in beauty.
